Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe the general framework under which FINANCE PROFIT GROUP may provide business consulting and operational support. Specific scope, timing, deliverables, and fees may be confirmed separately for an individual engagement.

Services

Services may include business strategy consultation, operational reviews, process improvement consulting, business plan development, market and competitor research, workflow optimization, growth strategy consulting, project planning and coordination, administrative process consulting, business performance review, and ongoing business support.

Engagement Scope

Each engagement is limited to the agreed scope. Requests that materially expand the original scope may require revised timing, fees, or a separate engagement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely, accurate, and sufficiently complete information needed to perform the agreed work. Delays, incomplete information, or material changes in business circumstances may affect timing and recommendations.

Remote Delivery

Services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed. Meetings, document review, research, written recommendations, and coordination may be performed electronically.

Fees

Fees may be fixed per session, fixed per project, or monthly for ongoing support, as described in the applicable service offer or engagement confirmation. Fees cover only the stated scope unless otherwise agreed.

No Guarantee of Business Outcomes

Consulting involves professional analysis and recommendations, but business outcomes depend on implementation, management decisions, market conditions, available resources, and other factors outside the consultant’s control. No particular revenue, growth, cost reduction, financing, or other business outcome is guaranteed.

Professional Boundaries

Services do not include banking, lending, investment advisory, brokerage, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or other regulated professional services. Clients should obtain appropriately licensed professional advice where required.

Confidential Business Information

Information shared for an engagement should be limited to what is reasonably necessary. Confidential business information is handled for the purpose of performing the agreed work, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

Termination

An engagement may be concluded when the agreed scope is completed or otherwise ended in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms or written engagement terms.
